The DocSend and KM8050 (S300 v2.0) FTP scanning issue has been isolated to War-FTP service in conjunction with the S300 v2.0. If you are running version S300 v1.2, you should not have any problems and no action is required.

All we are doing is using Windows' FTP service instead of WAR-FTP when scanning from the KM 8050 with the S300 version 2.0. The workflow has not changed.
